Hannah Caruso
Operations Manager
My career in Operations began with OHDELA in 2020, a transformative year for both our school and online education. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of so much growth at OHDELA, and I’ve loved seeing the impact our program has had on our students. Our continued growth reflects the hard work and dedication of our entire school community.
I have always been interested in processes and in understanding how organizations can operate effectively to pursue their mission. That interest led me to study Organizational Leadership at Cleveland State University and ultimately to a career in Operations. At OHDELA, we have an incredibly talented team dedicated to providing students with a rigorous, innovative, and engaging educational experience. My role is to help maintain and strengthen the operations surrounding our staff and programs so that their hard work is supported, recorded, and recognized. I love being able to look at the many moving pieces of our school and find ways to help them work together effectively in support of our families and students.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and other peaceful, creative activities. On the weekends, you’ll find me with my family.
Our administrative team makes up just one part of what makes OHDELA an outstanding place for your child to learn and grow. Let our experienced staff help your child find the resources they need to be successful! Please speak to one of our advisors for guidance or to get started enrolling today.
